FIELD: pharmaceutical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry and is intended for the prevention and treatment of fungal diseases caused by Escherichia coli, Candida sp., Aspergillus niger, Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Capsule consists of a shell and a composition enclosed in it in the form of an oil suspension, including unrefined black cumin oil (29.7-44.7 wt.%), magnesium caprylate (5.8-8.8 wt.%), essential bark cinnamon oil (0.6-0.9 wt.%), CO2-extract of cloves (0.48-0.72 wt.%), edible tea tree essential oil (0.17-0.26 wt.%), essential garlic oil (0.12-0.18 wt.%) and filler. Shell weight of one capsule is 324-396 mg. The capsule shell consists of a suture soft gelatin shell containing gelatin, a humectant, and an enteric shell, containing Collicut MAE 100P, a humectant, anti-caking agent, thickener and colorants. Shell weights are equal.
EFFECT: provides increased capsule antimicrobial and antifungal activity due to the use of the claimed composition.
