SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to determining health status and chicken sex. Chicken floor determination system (10) comprises moving platform (12) for chicken (14), stimulus to induce chicken to open its wings, chicken image capturing device (18) and computer processor, containing a database containing a library of digital images of drawings of wings of chickens of different breeds, and associated with an image capturing device. Daily chicken health state determining system comprises a moving platform, a chicken image capturing device, an image processing processor, associated with the image capturing device and with the database of healthy and diseased chickens of the respective breed. Chick sorting system based on a predetermined chicken feature comprises a moving platform, an image capturing device located nearby the moving platform, computer processor associated with image capturing device and configured to process images and determine deviation from a predetermined value, and chicken removal means from moving platform, connected to computer processor.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of chicken's health and sex determination.
