FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncourology, and can be used for prevention of lymphocele in robot-assisted prostatectomy (RAP) with pelvic lymphadenectomy (PL). A free peritoneal flap is fixed to a pubic bone. Additionally, the pelvic lymphadenectomy area is irrigated with Lymphoblock 25 ml on each side of the PL. A urethral-cervical anastomosis area is drained with a silicone drainage. A clamp is applied on drainage for 10 minutes.
EFFECT: method provides creating conditions for increasing the free outflow of lymphatic fluid from the injured lymphatic vessels for its full resorption in combination with the use of the lymphostatic and haemostatic agent Lymphoblock in the PL area, allows to reduce rate of lymphogenic complications in postoperative period, does not require additional equipment, is simple and safe to use.
