Abstract RU 2744488 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to in-vitro diagnostic analyzers. Disposable test cartridge for a portable analyzer comprises a cartridge body provided with a plurality of chambers, each of the plurality of chambers having an opening at the top of the cartridge body; a cartridge lid connected to the cartridge body, the cartridge lid having a capillary receiving opening and an elongated tube portion in the cap extending from the capillary receiving opening to a predetermined length toward the cartridge body, but at a distance from it; an elastomeric tubular capillary cleaner disposed inside and passing through a capillary receiving opening that defines an internal through-space and is aligned with a capillary receiving opening, wherein the capillary tubular cleaner and capillary receiving opening are aligned with one of the plurality of chambers of the cartridge body, the tubular capillary cleaner is provided with a tubular upper part with an opening in the upper part and a tapered lower part with an opening in the lower part; and a capillary element capable of being removably inserted into the cartridge lid, the capillary element being provided with a capillary tube that extends into the capillary receiving hole and through the tubular capillary cleaner, the tip of the capillary tube passing through the opening of the lower part and into one of the plurality of chambers of the cartridge body wherein the opening of the lower part has a diameter that is less than the outer diameter of the capillary tube and expands around the capillary tube.

EFFECT: presents a portable analyzer that processes whole blood samples without the need to separate blood cells from blood plasma, and a disposable test cartridge for use in a portable analyzer that prevents and/or reduces the likelihood of erroneous results.
