SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for isothermal amplification inside a disposable cartridge. The disposable cartridge can be used in medicine, veterinary and biotechnology industries. A disposable cartridge for isothermal amplification comprises a housing in which a reservoir is made, a membrane limiting the reservoir from a central channel connected to a chamber, which is connected by microfluidic channels to reaction wells in which lyophilized reagents are stored, arranged in a circle or oval. The chamber is placed in the center of a circle or oval, and one microfluidic channel from the chamber enters each reaction well and one microfluidic channel exits from it, which is connected to spare reservoirs. The housing also has a through hole and a neck with a lid. Holes with filters and holes for thermistors are made on the rear side of the case, a heating board is fixed on it, on the outer side of which there are power contacts for the thermistor and resistor heating track at the bottom, on the inside there is a heating track that runs only under the reaction wells, on the inside of the heating board there is a thermistor o maintain the temperature, on the outside of the housing it is sealed with a thermal film.

EFFECT: it is not required to have additional equipment for sample preparation, it is easy to use, does not require trained personnel and allows visual detection.
