FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and represents a set of test systems for determining alleles of N (nucleotide C) and n (nucleotide T) of the gene RYR1 (single nucleotide substitution C -> T, 47357966 nucleotide in sequence NC_010448.4), alleles C (nucleotide G) and T (nucleotide A) of the DMD gene (single nucleotide substitution G -> A, 28309227th nucleotide in the sequence NC_010461.5) and alleles A (nucleotides A, T) and B (nucleotides G, G) of the gene ESR1 (two interconnected nucleotide substitutions A, T -> G, G; nucleotides N14418786, N141418789 in sequence NC_010443.5) by PCR method with real-time detection of results or by means of devices of high-efficiency genotyping in format of PCR-microchips with detection by an end point. Alleles n (RYR1), T (DMD) and A (ESR1) correspond to the fluorescence increase in the FAM dye channel, and the N (RYR1), C (DMD) and B (ESR1) alleles show an increase in the R6G dye channel fluorescence.
EFFECT: developed test systems can be used in pedigree work with swine breeds in order to perform selection on desirable alleles of genes RYR1, DMD related to occurrence of stress syndrome, and ESR1 affecting multiple foetation.
