SUBSTANCE: set of oligonucleotides is described, the use of which in a polymerase chain reaction performed in real time makes it possible to determine alleles of the FGFR3 gene, which causes a hereditary disease, chondrodysplasia of sheep, where: FGFR3-F (5'-GCCGTACCCTGGCATCCC-3'); FGFR3-R (5'-AGGTCATGCGTGCAGTTGGC-3'); FGFR3-FAM (5'-FAM-CGTGGAGGAGCTCTTCAAG-BHQ-1-3'); FGFR3- R6G (5'-R6G-CGAGGAGGAGCTCTTCAAG-BHQ-1-3'), the T allele corresponds to an increase in fluorescence through the FAM dye channel, and the A allele corresponds to an increase in fluorescence through the R6G dye channel.

EFFECT: claimed invention makes it possible to identify hidden carriers of chondrodysplasia.
