SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically, to a kit for determining the abundance of the APP gene in the human genome during droplet digital multiplex PCR in real time. The kit includes two forward and two reverse primers, a fluorescent APP-FAM probe with a molecule of fluorescent dye 5(6)-carboxyfluorescein (FAM) covalently linked to the 5′-end of the sequence and a molecule of fluorescence quencher BHQ1 covalently linked to the 3′-end of the sequence, a CCR5-R6G fluorescent probe with a molecule of fluorescent dye Rhodamine 6G (R6G) covalently linked to the 5′-end of the sequence and a molecule of fluorescence suppressor BHQ2 covalently linked to the 3′-end of the sequence.

EFFECT: highly precise calculation of the abundance of the APP gene in the tested genetic material during genetic screening with an up to 0.5% resolution due to the high specificity of the reagents of the proposed kit.
