FIELD: oil-producing industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil-producing industry and can be used for developing a high-viscous and bitumen oil deposits. The method for operating a pair of wells for producing high-viscous oil consists in constructing an injection well and a producing well located below and parallel to the injection well within a productive formation, with the horizontal shaft of each well being lined with columns with slots - a slot filter, putting down two columns of pump-compressor pipes (PCP) into the injection well, with the end of the first column of the PCP being put down to a slot filter and the end of the second column of the PCP being put down into the second half of the horizontal shaft, putting down one PCP column into the producing well into the central zone of the slot filter, the injection of steam into the injection and producing wells, holding wells for capillary impregnation and cooling of the floor of a producing well, conducting geophysical studies in the producing well to determine the distribution of pressure and temperature over the shaft, placing a fibre-optic cable and a PCP with an electrocentrifugal pump with temperature sensors in the producing well, injecting steam into two PCP columns of the injection well and extraction from the producing well, measuring the temperature at the pump inlet, installing a continuous pump operating mode with the flow rate necessary to maintain the temperature of the liquid at the pump intake which is close to the maximum allowed temperature. Putting down the PCP columns into the well is preceded by geophysical studies in both wells to determine the oil saturation along the horizontal shaft, the temperature and the initial pressure of the productive formation, the thickness and properties of the cover of the productive formation in order to determine the maximum allowed injection pressure of the heat carrier. After putting down the PCP columns into both wells, a selection of control wells is made from those ones which have opened the productive formation which are equipped with pressure sensors for periodic measurement of the formation pressure. When the pump is in a constant operation mode, if the formation pressure drops more by than 30% of the initial pressure during 2 to 5 months, the extraction of liquid from the producing well is stopped with simultaneously forced injection of steam into the injection well with the maximum allowed injection pressure at the entrance of the injection well wherein the cover of the productive formation does not rupture. The wells are then returned to a constant extraction mode through the producing well and injection of steam through the injection well.

EFFECT: increasing and stabilizing the formation pressure at the level required for maintaining the steam chamber above shaft of the producing chamber, maintaining the productivity of the well operation.
