FIELD: pharmaceuticals.

SUBSTANCE: combination for reduction of methionine, homocysteine or tyrosine in plasma or bloodstream of a patient is comprised of an injectable pharmaceutical suspension allowing for long-term enzymatic activity dependent on pyridoxal phosphate (PLP), containing erythrocytes and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier; wherein multiple molecules of the PLP-dependent enzyme are encapsulated and PN-kinase and PNP-oxidase are contained in erythrocytes in a sufficient amount to produce pyridoxal phosphate (PLP) from a PLP precursor present in the bloodstream in a sufficient amount to maintain a sufficient part of molecules of the PLP-dependent enzyme in its holoenzymatic forms to maintain enzymatic activity 24 hours after administration thereof; a composition comprised of a sufficient amount of a pharmaceutically acceptable vitamin B6, a PLP precursor suitable for administration to the patient, wherein the combination is made in form of a set or a composition. Also disclosed is a therapeutic method of treatment for decreasing the content of methionine, homocysteine or tyrosine in the bloodstream of the patient.
