SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to orthodontic dentistry, and is intended for use in the treatment of sagittal and vertical occlusion anomalies. The device for a skeletal palatal support on two or more mini-implants is mounted in such a way that the distance between the platform and the mucosa is 3-5 mm in order to prevent mucosa injury and pressure sore formation. The lining is formed in such a way that the composite material penetrates through the perforations of the palatal platform for better adhesion. A superficial surface at an angle of 40-60 degrees to the longitudinal axis of the lower incisors is formed on the surface of the lining which is oriented to the teeth of the lower jaw prior to the polymerization of the material. At the end of the treatment, when the morphofunctional optimum of the deflection of the teeth of the lower teeth row is reached, an additional portion of the composite material is applied to the lining and the resulting displacement of the teeth by the prints is fixed to the lining for securing the result.

EFFECT: method enables reducing the duration of treatment, does not produce a compression of the mucosa and does not disturb the food intake.
