A method for producing a graft based on cell spheroids and a graft for repair of a person's bone obtained in accordance with the method are disclosed. The method includes the isolation of cells from the bone marrow of a person, their cultivation in an adhesive culture, followed by transfer to agarose wells simultaneously with the obtained partially demineralized allogeneic bone particles, where the cells aggregate around the demineralized allogeneic bone particles into biocomposite-containing cell spheroids.

EFFECT: inventions provide a graft in the form of tissue spheroids from autologous multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells of the bone marrow of a person with a fragment of crushed partially demineralized allogeneic bone in the center of this tissue-engineered structure having pronounced regenerative potential and osteinductive properties for bone repair.
