FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, plastic surgery, dentistry, traumatology and orthopedics, it consists in developing a method for producing spheroids for restoring the bone tissue of a subject. A method for obtaining spheroids for restoring the bone tissue of the subject includes obtaining adhesive cell cultures of autologous cells of the subject, which are 2D cell cultures; 3D cultivation of these autologous cells of the subject in agarose wells. As an agarose well, a truncated pyramid-shaped agarose well in the form of a quadrangular regular pyramid is used. The feed medium is supplied using an electron-mesh nebulizer in the form of a fine aerosol with a drop size of 1-3 mcm. The aerosol spray torch is directed at an angle of 20-85º to the base of the well, and the slope of the agarose wells to the horizon is 3-5º. The nutrient medium contains a defoamer.
EFFECT: development of a new effective method for producing spheroids, in particular, on the basis of periosteal cells for the effective restoration of bones with a pronounced regenerative potential.
