SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of veterinary medicine, veterinary microbiology and biotechnology and can be used for the specific prevention of infectious pathologies caused by bacteria of the species Mannheimia haemolytica, Bibersteinia trehalosi and Pasteurella multocida. Associated inactivated vaccine against mancheimiosis, biebersteinosis and pasteurellosis of cattle and small ruminants contains the following components per 1 cm3 of the preparation: inactivated protective antigen of Mannheimia haemolytica strain No. 822-VIEV serotype A1 - 2 billion microbial cells; inactivated protective antigen of Mannheimia haemolytica strain No. 1050-VIEV serotype A2 - 2 billion microbial cells; inactivated protective antigen of the Bibersteinia trehalosi strain No. 984-VIEW - 2 billion microbial cells; inactivated protective antigen of the Pasteurella multocida strain No. 1042-VIEV type A - 2 billion microbial cells; inactivated protective antigen of the Pasteurella multocida strain No. 163-VIEV type B - 2 billion microbial cells as well as pharmaceutically acceptable target additives. The group of inventions also relates to a method for producing this vaccine.

EFFECT: use of this group of inventions makes it possible to obtain multivalent inactivated vaccines based on a balanced antigenic composition containing the most common serotypes of bacteria of the species Mannheimia haemolytica, Bibersteinia trehalosi, Pasteurella multocida in the territory of the Russian Federation and providing the creation of long-term and intense immunity in vaccinated animals.
