SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to the field of biotechnology and can be used by veterinary specialists in a pig farm for the specific prevention of infectious pathologies caused by bacteria of the species Bordetella bronchiseptica and Pasteurella multocida (infectious atrophic rhinitis and pig pasteurellosis). The vaccine against infectious atrophic rhinitis and pig pasteurellosis contains the following components per 2 cm3 of the drug (immunizing dose): formalin-inactivated protective antigen of the Bordetella bronchiseptica B-1341 strain - 6 billion-micron cells; Pasteurella multocida B-1308 type D - 3 billion mcr cells; Pasteurella multocida B-1303 type A - 3 billion mcr cells, as well as pharmaceutically acceptable targeted additives. A method for obtaining a vaccine against infectious atrophic rhinitis and pasteurellosis of pigs is inactivated, according to the invention, the strains of Bordetella bronchiseptica B-1341 are used as industrial strains; Pasteurella multocida B-1303 type A; Pasteurella multocida B-1308 type D.
EFFECT: inventions group increases the stability, safety of antigenic and immunogenic activity of the vaccine, providing long-term and intense immunity in vaccinated pigs against infectious atrophic rhinitis and pasteurellosis, expands the arsenal of multivalent inactivated vaccines aimed at specific prevention of infectious diseases of pigs, creating a vaccine with increased stability, antigenic and immunogenic activity, expansion of approaches and methods for the manufacture of multivalent inactivated vaccines aimed at specific prevention of infectious diseases of pigs.
