SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to obstetrics. With caesarean section and the associated bleeding from a wound in the uterus, elastic compression of the uterus is performed by applying an elastic bandage from the bottom of the uterus to the lower segment, without reaching the wound, ensuring maximum compression of the uterus to the lower segment. In this case, before applying the bandage, the corners of the wound are sutured. Apply an elastic bandage, overlapping the stitched wound and the area of the lower segment. Carry out the removal of the elastic bandage no less than 30 minutes, visualization of hemostasis is performed and, after complete bleeding stops, the elastic bandage is removed and the uterus is immersed in the abdominal cavity, ensuring the restoration of blood circulation.
EFFECT: method allows to provide a complete temporary or final stop of bleeding, in addition, is characterized by complete reversibility of uterine ischemia.
