FIELD: blasting operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention reveals the design of an autonomous truck for blasting operations and the method of its application. The vehicle (1) for putting explosives into blastholes (10) contains a tank (2) for storing explosives, a vertically moving platform (3) and a mechanical manipulator (4). The explosive storage tank (2) is equipped with at least one airtight container designed to store the explosive in liquid or granular form. The vertically moving platform (3) is designed to place the mechanical manipulator (4) at an ideal working height relative to the ground, and align the mechanical manipulator (4) to compensate for uneven ground. The mechanical manipulator (4) contains at least two axes of movement, a clamp and a sensor. The mechanical manipulator (4) is designed to provide the capability of performing analysis inside the blasthole (10), guiding the sensor near the upper edge of the blasthole (10), directing the first portion of the explosive, assembling the detonator, inserting the assembled detonator into the blasthole (10), directing the second portion of the explosive into the blasthole (10) and buffering the well (10) at the end of the process. The vehicle (1) also contains a GPS device, means of transport, and an electronic processor capable of independently guiding the vehicle (1).

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to carry out all stages of placing explosives automatically, without any human involvement.
