SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of formulas IA and IB, which can be used for allosteric modulation of metabotropic glutamate receptor 4 (mGluR4). The invention also relates to a method for producing compounds IA and IB, to a pharmaceutical composition for allosteric modulation of mGluR4 containing an effective amount of a compound of formula IA or IB and pharmacologically acceptable excipients, and to the use of a compound of formula IA or IB to produce a drug for the treatment of mGluR4-mediated Parkinson's disease, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, autism, neuroprotection, cancer, depression and type 2 diabetes.
EFFECT: treatment of the foregoing diseases.
