Abstract RU 2745187 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biomedicine, a method of producing a complex for tumour therapies based on anti-Stokes nanophosphors NaYF4:Yb, Er/NaYF4 and protein molecules, which can be used in diagnosing and treating tumours. Method for producing complex for tumour therapies based on anti-Stokes nanophosphors of core/shell configuration of composition NaYF4:Yb, Er/NaYF4 and protein molecules having histidine residues at the C-terminus of the molecule include modifying polyacrylic acid (CAA) with nitriloacetic acid (NTA) by adding EAC and NTA-L-lysine to the PAA to obtain the PAA-NTA product, removing oleic acid residues available on surface of nanophosphors, using nitrosyl tetrafluoroborate (NOBF4), adding PAA-NTA to obtain PAA-NTA-coated nanoprophores. PAA-NTA-coated nanophosphors are then resuspended in deionised water, a nickel chloride solution is added to the suspension, the reaction mixture is treated with ultrasound and mixed. Nanophosphors are precipitated and washed with deionised water. Resuspending the nanophosphors in a recombinant protein solution having histidine residues at the C-terminus of the molecule to obtain complexes of anti-Stokes nanophosphors with a recombinant protein having histidine residues at the C-terminus of the molecule, due to non-covalent metal-affinity interaction between nickel ions and histidine residues.

EFFECT: high use of the invention to control the attachment of a protein molecule to the surface of nanophosphorus, which ensures preservation of functional properties of the protein and efficiency of the final complex.
