FIELD: automobile industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the automobile industry. The runflat tyre includes a reinforcing rubber layer (10a) with a meridional cross-section of almost crescent shape, located in the sections of the sidewalls on both sides in the transverse direction of the tyre. The tread section (2) is formed from tread rubber, which includes the upper tread rubber (CA) and the sub-tread rubber (UT) located on the inside of the upper tread rubber (CA) in the radial direction of the tyre and having a higher hardness than the upper tread rubber (CA). In the central cross section of the sub-tread rubber (UT) on the shoulder running area (23S) outside the main grooves (22) furthest outward in the transverse direction of the tyre, the sub-tread rubber (UT) of central cross section (23C), closest to the equatorial plane (CL) of the tyre.
EFFECT: technical result is the provision of appropriate performance characteristics on icy road surfaces in a state of low air pressure, and performance characteristics on icy road surfaces in a state of normal air pressure.
