SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical bench subunits. Optical bench subunit for routing optical signals comprises an integrated photon device. Optical adjustment of the photon device relative to the optical bench can be carried out outside the optoelectronic unit assembly prior to connection to it. Photonic device is connected to the base of the optical bench so that the optical input/output is in the position of optical adjustment relative to the optical output/input of the optical bench. Optical bench holds the array of optical fibres in a precision precise relative position relative to the structured reflecting surface. Photon device is mounted on a substrate which is attached to the optical bench. Photon device can be passively or actively aligned relative to the optical bench. After achieving optical adjustment, the substrate of the photonic device is rigidly attached to the base of the optical bench. Optical bench subunit can be structured to be sealed as a sealed feed element to be hermetically connected to sealed optoelectronic unit.
EFFECT: technical result consists in creating an improved structure for connecting optical fibers in a position of optical alignment relative to optoelectronic components, which improves efficiency, tolerances, manufacturability and use.
