FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, to devices for enhancing environmental protection and labor safety during well workover. The present self-centering pipe wiper has a body consisting of one or two interconnected discs with bore diameters in the center. The discs are made in the form of a crescent or a solid ring and contain through holes and / or threaded connections for studs or nuts. Moreover, the holes on the upper disc have pots. The upper disk contains upper and lower horizontal radial bores, the upper one is intended for installing an elastic wiper into it, and the lower bore together with the lower disk form a cavity in which a ring is placed, installed during the tubing run-up, which has the possibility of horizontal rotation around its axis and the value working stroke in the radial direction. The ring has an outer and an inner collar. The first one is designed for installing and fixing an elastic wiper which is installed when running and lifting pumping pipes thanks to which the replaceable elastic wiper does not slip when the connecting sleeve or lock passes through it, and the latter is for the safe passage of pipes and / or tools, and / or equipment through the bore diameter of the ring and is made with chamfers or in the form of a cone. An elastic wiper installed when running and lifting pumping pipes with an ESP cable is made in the form of a flat disk with an internal bore diameter for pipes with an ESP cable and protectors with cleats to pass through it. Cuts are made from the inner hole of the elastic wiper in the radial direction to form "petals" which are bent at the moment of passing the sleeve with protectors and cleats, thereby preventing rupture and deformation of the elastic wiper. There is a cutout for the cable at the base of one of the "petals". There are spikes to cover the free space from the cable in the cutout. The outer diameter of the elastic wiper installed when running and lifting pumping pipes with the ESP cable contains a lock according to the “male to female” principle. The elastic wiper installed when running and lifting pumping pipes has a disc-like shape with an inner diameter for pipes to pass through it. An L-shaped shoulder is made along the outer diameter on one side of the elastic wiper which forms a throat together with the plane along the entire circumference for the possibility of catching the outer collar ring. One of the disks has handles for ease of installation and transportation.
EFFECT: wiper provides reliable protection of the well from falling foreign objects into it and prevents leakage of well fluid raised with pumping pipes or drill pipes from a well. The main advantage of the wiper is the ability to use it both during drilling and during routine and capital repairs of wells as well as when running and lifting the ESP.
