SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to aqueous composition usage to dissolve biomolecules from a tissue sample and animal tissue sample preparation system. Aqueous composition usage for dissolving biomolecules selected from nucleic acids, preferably DNA, and proteins from an animal tissue sample comprises obtaining an animal tissue sample and immediately right after exposing mentioned sample to an aqueous composition that includes a buffer that provides buffering at a pH of 7 to 9 at a temperature of 25°C, preferably including a pH regulator such as an acidulant or alkalizing agent, detergent, salt with a concentration of 1-3 M, a chelating agent and water, the mentioned aqueous composition being free of proteinase. A sample of mentioned animal tissue is taken using a tissue samples sampling tag, preferably an ear tag or biopsy needle for tissue sample sampling. Resulting biomolecules solution is used for conservation or for additional processing of these biomolecules, for example, for the detection of pathogen (pathogens), or for genotyping, sequencing, hybridization analysis or quantitative real-time PCR.

EFFECT: inventions make it possible to process and store/preserve a tissue sample for a long time, for example, from several weeks to several months, without great difficulties.
