FIELD: chemical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a super concentrate additive solution. The super concentrate additive solution comprises a) water, b) the freezing point reducer, c) the phosphoric acid or the phosphate of the alkaline metal, d) the water-soluble polymer and e) the compound selected from a group consisting of a magnesium compound, a lithium compound, a calcium compound, compounds of strontium and combinations of these compounds, where the pH of the solution of the super concentrate additive is less than 5.5, where the solution of the super concentrate additive is a single-phase homogeneous solution at room temperature, and where the mixture of the solution of the super concentrate additive and the concentrate of the heat transfer agent meets the properties and technical requirements of the standard ASTM D3306. The method involves adding a super concentrate additive solution to a heat carrier for forming a superadditive heat carrier and introducing the resultant mixture into a heat transfer system.
EFFECT: said solution can be added to the heat transfer agent to improve the corrosion protection and extend the service life of the heat transfer system or the liquids used in it; the solution of the super-concentrated additive can also be used in the flexible production of a heat carrier concentrate having a high characteristic of corrosion protection, pre-diluted heat carriers or heat carriers ready for use.
