FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of regeneration of used lubricating oils and can be used, in particular, for the regeneration of spent fire-resistant turbine lubricating oils at thermal power plants (TPP). The installation for the regeneration of used lubricating oils contains an atmospheric reservoir, the outlet of which is connected to the inlet of the pipeline, on the line of which a pump is installed and the outlet of which is connected to the inputs of at least two pipelines, on the line of each of which there is an adsorber and two shutoff devices before and after it, outputs which are connected by means of a pipeline to the inlet of the atmospheric reservoir. In this case, the outlet of the above pipeline, the inlet of which is connected to the outlet of the atmospheric reservoir and on the line of which a pump is installed, is also connected to the inlets of two pipelines, on the line of each of which a shut-off device is installed, the outlet of one of which is connected to the first inlet of the first vacuum reservoir, and the outlet the other with the first inlet of the second vacuum reservoir. Moreover, the first outputs of the two above-mentioned vacuum tanks are connected by means of two pipelines, on the line of each of which a shut-off device is installed, with the inlet of the pipeline, on the line of which a pump and an ultrafine filter are installed in series, the output of which is connected by means of two pipelines, on the line of each of which a shut-off device is installed, with the second inputs of the two above-mentioned vacuum reservoirs. In this case, the second outputs of the two above-mentioned vacuum tanks are connected by means of two pipelines, on the line of each of which a shut-off device is installed, with the inlet of the pipeline, on the line of which a condensate trap and a vacuum pump are installed in series. Moreover, the condensate trap is connected by means of a pipeline, on the line of which a shut-off device is installed, with an atmospheric reservoir. In this case, coil heat exchangers are installed inside the atmospheric tank and two vacuum tanks.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the heating rate of the regenerated used lubricating oil, increasing the safety of the installation, increasing the efficiency of mechanical cleaning of the regenerated used lubricating oil, increasing the performance of the cleaning process of the regenerated used lubricating oil, eliminating the need for periodic additional loading of water into the installation from an external source to maintain the required water concentration in the regenerated used lubricating oil and moisture of the adsorbent during the adsorption process.
