SUBSTANCE: method of network access registration is comprised of receiving a registration request for a user device (UE) by a second network via a second access network containing a first information about the UE being registered in a first network via a first access network, receiving a second information about the UE by the second network from the first network, establishing a security association with the UE by the second network via the second access network, sending a third information about the UE by the second network to the first network, and registering the UE by the first network via the second access network while maintaining the registration of the UE in the first network via the first access network.

EFFECT: efficient establishment of security association and establishment of connection between the UE and internetwork connection in the home network.
