SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Method of user device (UE) access control to non-home public land mobile communication network (PLMN), when UE has access to a dubious network and thus maintains a connection to a home PLMN network using an internetworking unit, the home PLMN network includes: receiving in a home PLMN network a decision to transfer control of the UE to a non-home PLMN network when the UE requests a connection to a non-home PLMN; and transmitting said solution to non-home PLMN network; wherein the home PLMN network transmits to the non-home PLMN a message containing information that the UE device request is rejected, and further indicating that the subsequent UE device request for connection to the non-home PLMN network is prohibited for at least one service, wherein the connection to the home PLMN network is established so that the UE does not form connection requests to the non-home PLMN for at least one service while maintaining a connection to the home PLMN network using the gateway interaction node.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing a home network and UE control mechanism for simplifying and improving efficiency of accessing a visited network.
