The technical result is achieved due to the formation by the first actor of the system of actors of a message containing useful data indicating information that the first actor must provide to the second actor, and the first trigger for initiating a check of the success of the message reception by the second actor; sending by the first actor of the system of actors a message to the second actor; and notifying by the system of actors of the first actor that the message was not received by the second actor if, in response to the first trigger, the system of actors determined that the second actor was unable to successfully receive the message.

EFFECT: providing a determination without waiting for the expiration of a predetermined waiting time interval that (a) the message was not successfully received by the target or receiving actor and / or (b) the communication line between the sending actor and the target or receiving actor is inoperable.
