FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of brackets for suspension of conductive rails. The aforementioned bracket of electrically insulating polymer composite material is made arched with straight end sections - the upper one with holes for fastening the clamp-insulator of the contact rail and the lower one with holes for regulated fastening on the sleeper. The arcuate part is made of two L-shaped parts – the supporting one and the contact rail fastener, both connected in the middle part of the bracket with an overlap using an adjustable bolted connection passing through removable fiberglass plates. Removable fiberglass plates have a mutually repeating wavy surface with a wavelength of 2 to 10 mm and a wave height of 1 to 4 mm. Supporting L-shaped part consists of three sections - a flat section for fastening to the sleeper, a section of the U-shaped cross-section perpendicular to it, which simultaneously serves as a groove for installing the L-shaped part for attaching the contact rail, and the U-shaped cross-sectioned inclined section, connecting those two.
EFFECT: increased adjustment range of height regulation of contact rail fastening, relative to the level of the rail head, and increased reliability of conductive rails suspension.
