SUBSTANCE: at the receiving side, a received signal is transmitted simultaneously to a demodulator and an estimation unit where the bit error probability is estimated by forming a sampling density function of phase difference between two neighbouring dispatches based on the sampling density functions of phase difference between two elementary dispatch segments available for measurement and phase adjustment, which is realised through a Fourier transform, and the unknown estimate of bit error probability is determined by integrating the calculated density of phase difference between two elementary dispatches within given boundaries, providing a constantly adjusted communication channel estimate.

EFFECT: ensuring continuous transmission of useful information and high quality of data transmission channel.
