SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of low-alcohol cocktails. Low-alcohol cocktail contains taste-and-flavor substance, substance with sweet taste, rectified ethyl alcohol and water, flavoring substance is represented by substances with tastes and aromas "Anise", "Garden mint", "Lemon", as a substance with a sweet taste fructose is used, cocktail also contains citric acid (monohydrate), succinic acid, glycine, ascorbic acid, neutral emulsion of natural, tartrazine coloring agent in certain amounts.
EFFECT: invention allows to expand the range of beverages, produce a product with low irritant effect typical for alcohol.
