FIELD: automation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated control of technological processes and can be used in the automation and provision of explosion and fire safety of the dust collection process with granular filters with an unbound structure in the aspiration and ventilation systems of food, woodworking, pharmaceutical, chemical, metalworking production, production of building materials and mining. The method for controlling the dust collection process provides for periodic regeneration of the filter based on the results of measuring its hydraulic resistance. In this case, the flow of contaminated air is completely supplied through the filter-dust collector, the pressure and temperature of the flow are measured continuously before and after the filter-dust collector, data from the pressure sensors are transmitted to the computer through the interface converter. Based on the measurement results, the rate of increase in the pressure difference on the filtering partition is calculated. Depending on the value obtained, the operating mode of the aspiration system is selected.
EFFECT: proposed method makes it possible to increase efficiency of granular filter with an unbound structure and to ensure the explosion and fire safety of the aspiration system in which it is installed.
