FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas cleaning of dust and may be used in various industrial branches. Proposed dust separator comprises cylindrical housing 1, axial dusty gas intake with swirler 4, ejector 7, spinner 5 and conical bumper washer. Housing top accommodates axial clean gas discharge branch pipe and secondary flow peripheral intake 8 with swirler 9. Said axial clean gas discharge branch pipe is communicated with air duct 10 provided with inlet branch pipe 23 of the frame sleeve filter. Filter comprises housing 17, filtration section 21 with boxes 22 and 23 for dusty gas intake and clean gas discharge, filtration sleeves 16 with frame 19, tubular grating, dust collection bin 18 and regeneration mechanism. The latter consists of solenoid valve 11, compressed air feed pipe 12, Venturi nozzle 14 and regeneration automatic control device 15. Filter comprises also temperature pickup, dust collector dust level alarm pickup, thermal automatic annunciator detector and manifold with nozzles to be connected to fire fighting system incorporating control unit arranged in filtration section outlet box, their outlet being connected to common microprocessor.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of separating low-specific weight particles and system reliability.
