SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles. Vehicle speed control system includes a cruise control system and a driver's input interface. Additionally, there is a control signal generation unit connected to the cruise control system. Control signal generation unit consists of a receiving device for a geolocation system, a receiving-transmitting device for a mobile communication system, a navigation program module and a module for generating control parameters for a cruise control system. Navigation program receives information from the receiver of the geolocation system and the transceiver of the mobile communication system in real time for transmission to the module for generating control parameters for the cruise control system
EFFECT: improves speed control.
