FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building. Hot gas flow rate control valve comprises housing lined from inside with parts of erosion-resistant molding material and shaft arranged therein, installed in bearings and kinematically connected to control element, shaft seal assembly located at the shaft outlet from the housing and an end seal installed in the cylindrical cavity, the diameter of which is coaxial with the shaft outer surface, at that, on the shaft on the side of the regulating element there is a circular shoulder, and in the annular gap formed by the cylindrical cavity and external surface of the shaft behind the annular step, there are installed graphite rings, which are alternately brought into contact with outer surface of shaft or inner surface of cylindrical cavity and contacting each other on flat end surfaces, wherein first graphite ring located behind shaft annular shoulder is brought into contact with shaft outer surface and is installed relative to inner surface of cylindrical cavity with uniform gap, and last graphite ring of end seal is brought into contact with inner surface of cylindrical cavity and installed relative to outer surface of shaft with uniform annular gap.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at creation of valves operating under conditions of high temperatures and pressures used for aircraft thrust vector control.
