FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to obtain soldered coatings with the required physical and mechanical properties. Solder tape consists of an adhesive layer, a powdered surfacing mixture and a bonding material. The surfacing charge contains at least two deposited materials with different physical and mechanical properties and is placed along the width of the strip in the form of at least two longitudinal strips with a constant concentration of the deposited materials within the width of the strip or in the form of at least one longitudinal strip with a gradient change in concentration at least one weldable material within the width of at least one strip. The charge can contain hard and solid lubricating material to be welded. As one of the materials to be welded, the charge may contain a solder, which forms a strengthening material during melting.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at obtaining the required coating properties at each surface area and allows maintaining the specified distribution of the charge components until the moment of surfacing.
