SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for composite sheet production. Carbonized biomass cooling equipment contains a carbonation furnace designed to produce carbonized biomass as a result of carbonation of molded biomass, a device for sorting by size, located downstream from the carbonation furnace and designed for sorting carbonized biomass by size, and a cooling device located downstream from the device for sorting by size and intended for cooling the sorted by size carbonized biomass, in which the molded biomass is obtained by molding the powdered biomass from the feedstock without a binder, and the cooling device provides cooling of the carbonized biomass as a result of spraying water on it.
EFFECT: invention provides for efficient production of a composite sheet, which includes fused parts having through holes, with the low maintenance device.
