FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the technology and technique of sampling from media subject to delamination in the pipeline, and can find application in the oil and other industries and in the national economy. In the claimed method of sampling from media subject to delamination, a place for sampling in the pipeline is selected. The sampling element of the device is placed in the medium with an inlet towards the flow. The sample flow rate is set through the hole(s) of the inlet of the sampling element. The sample is taken in proportion to the flow rate in the pipeline, and the pipeline flow rate is determined in proportion to the sample flow rate through the central or symmetrically located relatively to it holes of the inlet of the sampling element. According to certain flow rates in the pipeline, the cross-section of the pipeline is conditionally divided into concentric rings with areas proportional to certain flow rates in the pipeline. The sampling points in the conditionally formed rings are selected in the interval with boundaries determined by the intersection of the line of placement of the sampling element in the pipeline with medians dividing these rings into concentric rings of the same area. A sample is taken from each ring in proportion to the flow rate through it, including the implementation of the case of selecting parts of the sample in equal parts through the sampling points symmetrically located relatively to the center of the pipeline. On horizontally or obliquely located sections of the pipeline, sampling is carried out from the diameter of the pipeline located in the vertical plane passing through the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the pipeline. The group of inventions also relates to a device for sampling from media subject to delamination, used in the implementation of this method.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides a high representativeness of the sample, reliability and manufacturability of the sampling procedure from the flow of the medium subject to delamination.
