FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at sampling liquid from the pipeline. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the device for sampling liquid from the pipeline includes a power drive: an electric motor with a gearbox, an electronic unit with elements for controlling the switching on and off of the electric motor according to a given program, a sampling circuit consisting of connecting tubes with/without a probe and a plug placed in the cavity of the circuit, a dispenser with a piston, with or without a spring, with a volume regulator of the cavity in the dispenser, a sample collector, seals to ensure tightness of the circuit, plug and piston, while the probe is installed in the pipeline with an inlet opening towards the flow, and an electric motor is used as a power drive, the end of the plug from the open end of the sampling circuit is connected to the gearbox by a mechanism that converts the rotational movement of the gearbox shaft into a rectilinear reciprocating movement of the plug in the sampling circuit, the side surface of the plug is embossed and forms two hermetically separated cavities in the sampling circuit for alternate communication through them along the sampling circuit of the dispenser with either a probe or with a sample collector, the connecting tubes of the sampling circuit communicate with each other the probe and the dispenser, and a dispenser with the sample collector, the connection of the tubes in the circuit is made in such a way that when the position of the plug changes, the connection of the dispenser changes through the two sealed cavities formed in the circuit by the side surface of the plug, so that it is either only with the probe or only with the sample collector.
EFFECT: increasing the representativeness of the sample by reducing hidden losses at the stage of commercial/operational accounting of the liquid transported through the pipeline and increasing the reliability of the device, simplifying the design, manufacture, installation and ease of maintenance of the device, reducing the volume of consumables used for manufacturing, reducing the weight of the hydraulic part, cost.
