SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, namely to a cell preparation for osteoarthritis treatment and muscle recovery, containing: a mixture comprising a finely powdered fat cell and a fat stem cell, wherein the above-mentioned finely powdered fat cell and a fat stem cell are obtained by going through the following stages: separating adipose tissue taken from a subject into a cell fraction and a liquid fraction to obtain a cell fraction; removing foreign substances from the cell fraction to obtain a fat cell and fat stem cell concentrate; and fine powdering of the fat cell in the fat cell and fat stem cell concentrate, wherein 1 ml of the said cell preparation contains from 100 thousand to 400 thousand fat stem cells, and wherein the said adipose tissue is subjected to fine powdering to give the cell a size sufficient to pass through a needle of 18 to 30 mm caliber, refers to a method for osteoarthritis treatment and muscle recovery and the use of a cellular drug for osteoarthritis treatment and muscle recovery, including the following stages: separating adipose tissue taken from a subject into a cell fraction and a liquid fraction to obtain a cell fraction; removing foreign substances from the cell fraction to obtain a fat cell and fat stem cell concentrate; and fine powdering of the fat cell in the fat cell and fat stem cell concentrate to obtain a mixture including a finely powdered fat cell and a fat stem cell, wherein the said cell preparation contains a mixture including a finely powdered fat cell and a fat stem cell, to obtain a mixture including a finely powdered fat cell and a fat stem cell, where the said cell preparation contains a mixture including a finely powdered fat cell and a fat stem cell, wherein 1 ml of the said cell preparation contains from 100 thousand to 400 thousand fat stem cells, and wherein the said adipose tissue is subjected to fine powdering to give the cell a size sufficient to pass through a needle of 18 to 30 mm caliber, refers to a cell preparation for osteoarthritis treatment, containing: a mixture including a fat cell and fat stem cell, wherein the above-mentioned fat cell and a fat stem cell are obtained by going through the folowing stages: separating adipose tissue taken from a subject into a cell fraction and a liquid fraction to obtain a cell fraction; removing foreign substances from the cell fraction to obtain a fat cell and fat stem cell concentrate; and fine powdering of the fat cell in the fat cell and fat stem cell concentrate to obtain a mixture, a finely powdered fat cell and a fat stem cell; separating the fat stem cell from a mixture of finely powdered fat cell and fat stem cell to produce a fat stem cell; and mixing the separated fat stem cell with a concentrate of fat cell and fat stem cell, wherein 1 ml of the said cell preparation contains from 100 thousand to 400 thousand fat stem cells, and wherein the said adipose tissue is subjected to fine powdering to give the cell a size sufficient to pass through a needle of 18 to 30 mm caliber, a method to obtain that.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides a more favorable therapeutic effect with the introduction of fat stem cells and finely powdered fat cells in osteoarthritis treatment, in contrast to the introduction of just fat stem cells.
