FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in treating patients with knee osteoarthrosis in the second and third stages. Method involves adipose tissue sampling from an anterior abdominal wall of a patient by liposuction, treatment of the obtained lipoaspirate and introduction to the knee joint by injection needles. Lipoaspirate is subjected to mechanical emulsification and filtration to emulsion with particle size within 0.01–0.017 mm. Obtained emulsified fatty tissue is introduced into involved knee joint. That is followed by 30 passive flexion-extension movements in the knee joint of the operated extremity. That is followed by total of 500 active flexion-extension movements of the knee joint with the axial load limited on the operated extremity.
EFFECT: method provides reduced coefficient of friction between articular surfaces, due to effect of lubrication of joints with emulsified fat tissue, which improves sliding and leads to rapid increase in volume of movements.
