FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. The terminal device transmits the first random access preamble using the first pre-coding, tracks the random access response corresponding to the first random access preamble, increments the counter value in case the random access response was not successful, and transmits the second random access preamble using the second pre-encoding if the counter value has not reached the set value in case the counter value was increased.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at providing effective communication between the terminal device and the base station device.
