SUBSTANCE: cellular communication terminal apparatus comprises a receiver configured to receive, from a base station, a plurality of parts of system information (SI) upon request and SI without a request; and a transmitter configured to transmit to the base station a system information request for requesting transmission of the first part SI upon request from a plurality of parts SI upon request using either a preamble or a message corresponding to the preamble, wherein request for system information for request for transmission of first part SI on request is transmitted in resource belonging to first set of resources, corresponding to first part SI upon request, from multiple sets of resources for transmitting system information request, using said preamble in case, when the SI without a request includes information for indicating a first set of resources from the plurality of resource sets, the system information request is transmitted using the message, if SI without request does not include said information, and SI without request is transmitted from base station irrespective of system information request.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of transmitting system information.
