SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and veterinary medicine, namely pharmacology and pharmacy, and can be used to obtain drugs with anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory and wound healing properties based on the secretome of cell cultures. A composition with anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive activity based on the secretome of multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells of adipose tissue consists of the claimed proteins. To obtain the specified composition, the secretome of multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells is induced by glucocorticoid hormones at a concentration of 10-6-10-4 mol/l for 1-24 hours, followed by washing from the inductor and incubation in a serum-free medium for 16-96 hours. For purification from low molecular weight compounds, the secret is subjected to ultradiafiltration in a 10-fold volume of bidistilled water through a membrane with a cut-off threshold for molecular weight of 3 kDa.

EFFECT: said invention allows increasing anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory activity.
