FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of obtaining and using spheroids of mesenchymal stem cells for the treatment of skin injuries. The method involves cultivating red bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in a nutrient medium until spheroids are obtained.
EFFECT: invention is effective for preparing a suspension and administering it subcutaneously along the perimeter of a wound at a rate of 5 to 30 spheroids per 1 cm2.
