FIELD: cell biology and medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for the treatment of liver fibrosis in laboratory animals. To implement a method for the treatment of liver fibrosis by allogeneic transplantation with multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells (MMSC) of laboratory animals, 1 million cells/kg isolated from the chorion of the placenta are intravenously injected once into the hepatic artery.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the area of general fibrosis and the area of fibrosis in the liver, and also contributes to the restoration of connective tissue in the liver after fibrosis.
