FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of gas/liquid contact columns for gas treatment, CO2 capture, dehydration or distillation installations. Distribution plate 2 for countercurrent outflows in the mass and/or heat gas/liquid exchange column contains at least one pipe 4 protruding from the upper part of the specified plate 2 for gas passage therethrough and at least one means for the passage of liquid 5 through plate 2, while the gas rises through gas passage pipe 4, and the liquid flows downward through aforementioned liquid passage means 5, pipe 4 for gas passage contains at least cover 7, built on in relation to pipe 4 so as to allow the gas to flow out through the space formed between cover 7 and pipe 4, and so as to prevent the liquid coming from above the upper part of the said plate, penetrate pipe 4, and the inner part of at least one of the pipes for gas passage 4 is provided with a dispersing material with respect to the gas and ensuring dispersion of the gas during its passage in pipe 4, thus creating better homogenization of the gas at the outlet of pipe 4.
EFFECT: invention provides a more uniform distribution of gas at the outlet of the flue pipes and inside the exchange column. This improvement makes it possible to reduce the height between the distribution plate and the gas/liquid contactor without the risk of the column flooding, even if the column has a large diameter (at least 3 m). In addition, the distribution plate provides the best contact between the gas and liquid phases and, as a result, the best transfer.
