The method of data transmission, terminal device and network device are presented. The method includes the terminal receiving indicating information used for the terminal to determine the first transmission power for uplink data during a target time unit, the terminal determining the first transmission power according to the indicating information, the terminal sending the uplink data to the first network device according to the first power transmission within a target unit of time. The terminal determining the first transmission power includes determining the first transmission power according to the time division multiplexing mode information.
