SUBSTANCE: tuberous root chopper contains conveyor (9) with pins (10), drive (3 and 4), frame (2) with set of knives (12) attached to it, loading hopper (5) and unloading casing (8). The chopper is mobile and equipped with receiving chamber (13) with weights (14) and weight control sensor (15), four optical sensors (7), two of which are located at the dispenser input, and the other two are located at the unloading casing output, and neural network control unit (16) connected to them.
EFFECT: invention provides reliable operation of the device at a given performance, low power consumption, and easy maintenance.
