SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, specifically to tuberous roots grinders, and can be used in individual farms. The shredder of tuberous roots contains a frame, housing with a grinding chamber attached to it, loading neck and unloading window, as well as gear motor with a drive shaft, crank mechanism driven by gear motor and moving the knife wall along guide rails in housing towards anti-cutting support. The knife wall is equipped with a restrictive plate fixed above it. The anti-cutting support interacting with knives on knife wall is made in the form of a comb. The loading neck is equipped with adjustment flap.

EFFECT: gap clogging between knives on knife wall eliminates during the grinding of fruit and vegetable products; tuberous roots are not jamming in upper part of grinding chamber; cleaning of knives at the end of the work.
